Return & Exchange Policy

7-day exchange

You can exchange any item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed and has the original tag. Just WhatsApp us a photo and your order number.

Refund

If we sent the wrong product or a damaged product, you get a full refund including delivery charge — via bKash/Nagad within 3 working days after we receive the item back.

Not eligible

• Items that are worn, washed or altered
• Innerwear and items marked “final sale”
• Size change requests after 7 days

Return delivery

For our mistake — we bear the courier cost. For size/colour change by choice — customer pays the return courier (৳ 60–120).
